Adventures With Anxiety!

An interactive story about anxiety - where you play as the anxiety itself

About the Game

Adventures With Anxiety is an interactive story game created by Nicky Case. In this game, you play as "anxiety" itself, experiencing the inner world of someone with anxiety disorder. The game uses humor to show how anxiety works, and might help players reduce their fear of fear itself.

You'll control a hyperactive anxiety wolf whose mission is to protect the human character from various "dangers". Through this interactive story, you'll experience how anxious thinking works and how it affects daily life.
